Turkey Bacon Guacamole Panini

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sautee or grill turkey breast strips until fully cooked.
  2. Slice cibatta in half, cover face of each half with cheese.
  3. Broil until cheese melts and bread is toasted.
  4. Spread guacamole on other half of panini.
  5. Layer turkey and bacon, lettuce, tomato, parsley, Cilantro on bottom half and finish assembly with guacamole covered side on top.
