Ingredients:

  • 822 g tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp black olives
  • 1 1/4 lbs turkey
  • 1/4 cup red wine

Directions:

  1. 2 cans 14 1/2 oz no salt added tomatoes
  2. 4 tablespoons black olives, sliced
  3. 1.25 lbs turkey (extra lean)
  4. .25 c red wine
  5. Pepper
  6. Minced clove garlic
  7. Cook until slightly thick, serve on pasta
