Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook 1 1/2 cups of rice. Set aside.
  2. Drain the liquid in the can of tuna.
  3. Heat pan and put olive oil.
  4. Put onion and garlic.
  5. Once garlic is lightly brown and onion is transparent, add the mixed vegetables. Cook for 5 mins.
  6. Then add the tuna. Cook for a couple of minutes.
  7. Add the cooked steamed rice. Mixed well.
  8. Then add the Maggie Magic Sarap and capers.
  9. Taste and season with salt and pepper if necessary.
  10. Serve hot. Top with feta cheese. (^_^)
