Tuna over Rice Oman

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion in butter
  2. Add bell pepper and garlic
  3. Saute until done translucent
  4. Add tomatoes and herbs and spices
  5. Add tuna undrained juice and all
  6. Mix.
  7. Cook until tomatoes are soft
  8. Cover with rice and let set covered 10 minutes
  9. Flip over on plate with tuna mix being on top.
