Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 2 - 4 cups pecans , depending on how strong you want the flavor

Directions:

  1. Place butter in a 1 quart casserole dish.
  2. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) for 30 to 45 seconds or until melted.
  3. Stir in sugar, sinnamon, and cloves. Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Stir in nuts until well coated. Microwave on HIGH for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Spread nuts out on paper towlers and pat top with paper towel. Allow to cool slightly but not completely. Sugar sticks to paper if left too long.
  6. Enjoy!
