Trevors Mushroom and Pork Chops Stew

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown the chops.
  2. Layer the chopped onion rings on top.
  3. Layer the mushrooms on top of those.
  4. Add salt and pepper to desire.
  5. Layer the sliced potatoes to cover all.
  6. Pour on condensed soup and spread over.
  7. Add a little water to soup container and empty into bottom of cooking dish.
  8. Cook on gas mark 5 for 45 mins middle shelf.
  9. Then turn down to very low heat and cook for approx 2 1/2 hours.
