Tortellini Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions, drain, rinse, and drain again
  2. Combine tortellini with broccoli, parsley, artichokes and green onions in a large bowl
  3. Toss lightly to mix
  4. Pour salad dressing over tortellini mixture
  5. Sprinkle with basil and toss gently
  6. Cover, chill until ready to serve
  7. Toss salad again just before serving
  8. Sprinkle with parmesan
