Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F; line a 9x13-inch glass pan with foil (I like nonstick).
  2. Stir together all of the ingredients in the glass pan except the mozzarella cheese and cover with more foil.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes covered; uncover and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 5 minutes more.
