Tonkatsu (Fried Pork With Bread Crumbs)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Coat the pork with flour; dip them in the egg yolks and then in the breadcrumbs.
  2. Refrigerate them for one hour.
  3. Fry the pork in hot oil, 5 minutes per side.
  4. Put the pork slices on a plate,
  5. Put the cabbage on the side and the nori on top.
  6. Serve with tonkatsu sauce.
