Tomato Marsala Pasta Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray a small saucepan. Add vegetables and saute for 2 minutes or so.
  2. Add stock or water, cover and bring to boil.
  3. Boil for 4 minutes or until vegetables are completely cooked and very soft.
  4. Drain vegetables and set aside.
  5. Heat butter or margarine and stir until melted.
  6. Add the condensed soup, stir through until well heated.
  7. Add the vegetables.
  8. Stir through the cheese, basil, and milk gradually, adjusting flavours. More butter can also be added.
  9. Add a tiny amount of marsala wine- taste and increase as desired.
  10. Toss through hot spiral pasta and serve with grated parmesan cheese.
