Ingredients:

  • 8 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Crush Garlic and Cumin in a motor and pestle and saute the paste in the olive oil. Add chopped tomatoes and let them cook until tender. Add water and let it boil
