Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce

Directions:

  1. Boil water and tomato sauce.
  2. Add rice. Cover and reduced heat to simmer.
  3. Stir occasionally. Cook until rice is tender. All the water should be boiled away.
