Directions:

  1. Slice tomatoes and bocconcini balls into approx. 1/8 in. slices
  2. Arrange in a flat dish, alternating tomato/cheese slice
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic
  4. Season with salt & pepper
  5. Chiffonade basil leaves and sprinkle on top right before serving.
