Ingredients:

  • 30 g bacon
  • 2 pieces konbu
  • 290 g zucchini
  • 185 g mushrooms
  • 7 garlic cloves
  • 5 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 600 g soft tofu
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Boil the konbu, water, stock and garlic for 20 minutes.
  2. Add the vegetables and seasoning boil for another 10 minutes.
  3. Add the tofu and the eggs and stir.
  4. Serve.
