  2. Mix all except water in food processor until crumbly.
  3. Slowly add ice water until mixture just holds together.
  4. Wrap in a flat circle in plastic wrap; Chill overnight.
  5. Next day, form into pie pan.
  6. Filling:.
  7. Beat eggs with cooled butter.
  8. Add flour & sugar.
  9. Beat until mixed well.
  10. Gently fold in pecans, chocolate & bourbon. Add mixture to pie shell.
  11. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, or until set.
  12. Serve with fresh whipped cream.
