  1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Work mixture. the more you work it, the better the texture.
  4. Form into a loaf and place in a 9 x 13 glass pan.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
  6. Uncover and bake for additional 10 to 15 minutes or until center is no longer pink.
