The Lazy Cook's Spanish Rice

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (16 oz) jar salsa


  1. Combine the rice with the garlic in a large saucepan.
  2. Pour water and salsa into the rice mixture.
  3. Bring the water to a full boil and then reduce the temperature to simmer.
  4. Simmer for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender. Fluff the rice when finished.
