Cheesy Rice Casserole With Onion Rings

  1. Combine rice and 2/3 cup F.F. onions in large bowl.
  2. Spoon half of the rice mixture into microwaveable 2-Qt. shallow casserole dish
  3. Spread sour cream over rice mixture.
  4. Layer half of the salsa and half of the cheese over sour cream.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining rice mixture, salsa and cheese.
  6. Cover loosely with plastic wrap
  7. Microwave on High 8 min. or until heated throgh.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining 2/3 cup onions
  9. Microwave 1 minute or until onions are golden
  10. Makes 6 servings
