Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Grease 9 x 13 pan.
  3. Boil pasta for 8 minutes.
  4. Melt 3 tbs butter, add pasta and stir.
  5. Whisk eggs, milk, mustard, salt, pepper, and hot sauce.
  6. Add to pasta & cheese. Stir while mixing constantly.
  7. Over medium/high heat, heat until cheese melts and milk and eggs begin to thicken.
  8. Continue stirring for 5 minutes or until it becomes thick/creamy.
  9. Transfer to prepared dish.
  10. Melt remaining butter in saucepan and mix with breadcrumbs.
  11. Spread evenly on top of macaroni.
  12. Bake for 10-20 minutes.
