The Best Buffalo Chicken Dip!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast (i usally put in the oven for 350 degrees for 40 min and throw in a bit of texas pete hot sauce to ma)
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) package shredded cheddar cheese (cheddar, sharp cheddar
  • 1/2 cup texas pete ( buffalo sauce a must for this dip , we like sweet baby rays buffalo sauce but m)
  • 1 -2 tsp ranch dressing mix (do not sub. the actual liquid dressing... dry mix a must. add more or less depending on your taste.)

Directions:

  1. In saucepan over medium heat combine all ingredients until well blended without lumps, add your chicken (we think it's better with chunkier chicken, than shredding chicken).
  2. The best part about this dip is that you can throw it together super quick- no need to let it sit in a crockpot - but you can always make it and transfer to a crockpot for large parties- trust me, you will want to make loads!
