Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
  2. Cream margarine and sugar;add eggs.
  3. Sift dry ingredients.
  4. Add dry ingredients and milk to creamed mixture.
  5. Add bananas, nuts, and vanilla.
  6. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
  7. Bake at 45 minutes or until bread tests done.
  8. If you prefer you can make muffins in 25 minutes.
