Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup nuts

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour 9 inch loaf pan.
  3. Mash the bananas in a separate bowl and set aside.
  4. Mix the butter, sugar, and eggs until the mixture is smooth.
  5. Then add the flour, the baking soda, and the salt. Then mix well.
  6. Fold in mashed bananas and nuts.
  7. Bake for about 55 minutes.
