Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and ginger to oil and cook for about 3 minutes till soft.
  3. Add broth and red pepper and heat to a low boil.
  4. Add cabbage and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp, fish sauce, lime zest, and lime juice.
  6. Cook until shrimp is no longer pink about 1 minute.
  7. Sprink with fresh cilantro and serve.
