Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium high heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion and cook stirring until golden brown, about 8 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook , stirring until broken down and smooth, about 4 minutes.
  4. Add ketchup,sriracha, soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce. Cook Stirring until thickened , about 6 minutes.
  5. Stir in chinese cooking wine.
  6. Enjoy !
