Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 oz tomato paste
  • 8 cups water
  • 3 1/2 tsp paprika

Directions:

  1. Simmer onions and garlic sauce for one hour. Add other ingredients. Cool then add breadcrumbs until texture desired.
  2. This Texas sauce is especially good on hot dogs (topped with hot peppers, hot relish, and a creamy cheddar sauce) but it can also be served with burgers or on its own as a sloppy joe variation.
