Ingredients:

  • 3 (16 oz) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 (5 -6 oz) cans tomato paste
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp cornmeal
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 (15 oz) cans chili beans

Directions:

  1. Saute meat, onions and garlic in large kettle until meat is browned.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30-60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
