Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large skillet or dutch oven on med heat add oil, onions and peppers.
  3. Add salt, cook till onions and peppers are transparent.
  4. Add burger, cook till browned.
  5. Stir in tomatoes, rice, spices.
  6. Heat thoroughly.
  7. Spray a 3 qt casserole dish and pour in mixture.
  8. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
  9. Let sit for 10 min before serving.
