Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans
  • 1 (15 oz) can black-eyed peas
  • 1 (15 oz) can white corn
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Drain corn, beans and peas.
  2. Combine the pepper, onion, and all cans into
  3. Large bowl.
  4. Boil the vinegar, add sugar and stir until dissolved.
  5. Pour over vegetables, and stir. Refridgerate overnight.
  6. Serve with Fritos Scoops.
