Directions:

  1. Next time, soak chilies and drain to reduce salt. Do not use the cheap chops because they take so long to de-bone and remove fat. (I'll have to change that line in the recipe.)
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sear for about 3 minutes on each side. Add the remaining ingredients. Lower the heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
