Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine first seven ingredients; mix well.
  2. Pour 1 cup marinade in a large ziploc plastic bag; add turkey breast.
  3. Seal bag, turn to coat and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.
  5. Drain and discard marinade from turkey.
  6. Place turkey on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
  7. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 170 degrees, basting every 30 minutes with reserved marinade.
  8. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
