Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. To make teriyaki marinade, combine lime juice, soy sauce, oil, sugar, garlic and pepper; mix well.
  2. Wrap 1 scallop half, 1 pea pod and 1 water chestnut half in each bacon slice; secure with a wooden pick.
  3. Place in a shallow baking dish; pour marinade over them.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
  5. Preheat oven to 450*.
  6. Place roll-ups on rack in aluminum foil lined shallow baking pan; bake 6 minutes.
  7. Turn; continue baking 6 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
  8. Serve Hot.
  9. Refrigerate leftovers.
