Ingredients:

  • 2 (160 g) salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix all wet ingredients and marinate salmon for half to one hour. Grill or broil to desired doneness. Serve with vegetables/salad of your choice.
