Tangy Fat Free Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp fat free bulgarian yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli dipping sauce (or to taste)
  • 1 or 2 drops of tobasco sauce (to taste)
  • ina paarman garlic and herb seasoning (or 1/4 glove freshly crushed garlic)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp shrimp paste (optional if making a seafood salad)

Directions:

  1. Whip everything up together. Add further ingredients according to own taste/preference.
  2. Dollop liberally over the salad. You really can have a lot of this over a salad.
