Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Make a paste of the yogurt, chili powder, paprika and garlic, and ginger.
  2. Brush the paste generously over both sides of the chicken.
  3. Let marinate at least 12 hours.
  4. Season lightly with a bit of salt.
  5. Line a pan with foil and bake chicken at 400F for 50 minutes to an hour, or until it is a rich, golden-brown color (you may have to pour off the juices halfway through).
  6. OR grill on the bbq.
