Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook onion and garlic in a little water until soft.
  2. Add 1/2 tsp of tamari and mix all ingredients together. add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Grease muffin tines and spoon in the mixture. cover with baking paper and bake for 1 hour in the oven. uncover and bake for 10-15mins to brown the top.
