Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut peppers in half lenghtwise and remove seeds.
  2. Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium high heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
  4. Add beans, tomato sauce and taco seasoning, bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
  6. Place pepper halves in an ungreased 8 inch square pan.
  7. Fill with meat mixture.
  8. Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until peppers are tender.
  9. Top with sour cream, tomato, and cheese.
