Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large pot, brown turkey over medium high heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic and sautee until soft, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add beans, tomatoes, taco seasoning to turkey mix and combine well.
  4. Black pepper and hot sauce can be added to taste.
  5. Bring soup to a boil.
  6. Cover and lower heat to simmer for about 30 minutes.
  7. Serve with cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips, or cornbread.
