Ingredients:

  • 1 (2 oz) package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) package taco seasoning
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz) can hominy
  • 1 (16 oz) can kidney beans
  • 1 (16 oz) can pinto beans
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (10 oz) can rotel tomatoes

Directions:

  1. Brown ground sirloin and onion. Combine all ingredients in a pot - do not drain beans but drain hominy before placing in pot. Simmer. Serve with tortilla chips and shredded cheese.
