Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Empty Taco Seasoning on a plate or plastic bag.
  2. Add Chicken strips and toss to coat.
  3. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  4. Add chicken and saute' 5-7 minutes or until done.
  5. Stir in tomato and preserves.
  6. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
