Swiss Steak Stew

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs round steaks , chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 (14 1/2 oz) cans stewed tomatoes

Directions:

  1. Flour steak and brown in oil.
  2. Remove from skillet and drain oil.
  3. Pour 1 can tomatoes in skillet.
  4. Place steak on top and pour remaining can of tomatoes on steak.
  5. Cover and simmer until beef is cooked all the way through, however you like it.
