Swiss  french  Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp salt, sea
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 10 oz olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 1/2 oz vinegar
  • 1 egg , small
  • 2 tsp cream
  • 1/8-1/4 cup water (more if necessary)

Directions:

  1. Blend together all the ingredients except the water in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Add enough water to give a lightly coating consistency.
  3. Put in a screwtop jar and place in the refrigerator until needed.
  4. Use within 3-4 days.
