Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 to 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cut juliene carrot strips
  • 1/2 cup fresh pea pods sliced lengthwise

Directions:

  1. Cook quinoa in water 15 ro 20 minutes or cooked and done ( see quinoa pkg for specif directions )
  2. Cool
  3. Cobine dressing ingredirents.
  4. Combe veges with cooled cooked quinoa
  5. Add dressing to blend well
  6. Serve
