Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Directions:

  1. Cream margarine and sugar. Add milk and eggs.
  2. Combine with remaining ingredients.
  3. Spread in casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 30* for 1 hour.
