Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel your sweet potatoes. Cut each potato into the shape of regular fast food fries. You can use any shape, but I find this one cooks best. You don't want them too thin otherwise they'll burn quickly. Too thick and they'll take a long time to cook.
  2. Spread evenly on either a non-stick pan or one that's been very lightly sprayed with nonstick spray. Try to get them to not touch each other too much. Sweet potatoes sweat when they cook and you don't want them to stay too soggy. Sprinkle them evenly with the paprika, sea salt, and cracked black pepper. I usually go once around the pan.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees F. for about 15 minutes Then broil for about another 5. Keep an eye once you start to broil, depending on your oven setting it can take longer or shorter and you don't want them to burn. A little brown is fine though. Once they're a little crispy they're done. Eat and enjoy!
