Sausages With Potatoes and Rosemary

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pe-heat oven to 400'F/200'C.
  2. Place sausages in a pot of cold water to cover and bring to boil.
  3. Simmer for approximately 5-10 minutes.
  4. Remove from water and slice thickly.
  5. Place sausage slices in a roasting pan.
  6. Add potatoes which have been cut into either thick slices or chunks.
  7. Sprinkle over the paprika, salt and black pepper.
  8. Add the rosemary.
  9. Drizzle with oil and toss gently.
  10. Roast for 50 minutes to 1 hour stirring occasionally or until potatoes are tender and sausages are golden brown.
  11. Tear ciabatta into bite sized pieces and add to pan for final 20 minutes of cooking.
  12. Sprinkle with basil and serve with a green salad and a spicy tomato sauce if desired.
