Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • topping:
  • 3 cups cornflakes
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, beat eggs. Add next five ingredients; mix well. Spoon into ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes. Yield: 6-8 servings.
