Ingredients:

  • 5 - 6 medium yams
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 + 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 stick butter
  • topping: melted
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Boil or microwave yams until soft. Peel and mash yams with milk, eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, and butter. Pour into a 9 x 13 dish.
  2. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over yam mixture.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
