Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 stick butter melted (margarine can be substituted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • topping
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 stick butter softened
  • 1/3 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and put in a shallow baking dish. Mix all the topping ingredients together and spread on top of the sweet potatoes. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until brown and crusty.
