Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 (3 1/2 oz) can shredded coconut
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup pecans

Directions:

  1. Boil potates 20-30 minutes.
  2. Mash with electric mixer.
  3. Add cinnamon, eggs, coconut, sugar, milk and 1 stick of butter.
  4. Pour into lightly greased 9x12 baking dish.
  5. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of potatoes.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
