Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup pecans

Directions:

  1. Casserole
  2. Bake potatoes in 350 oven. Scoup potatoes from skin and mash in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 13 x 9 pan.
  3. For topping, mix all ingredients and spread over sweet potato mixture.
  4. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
